Wu Xiaoyan's disease is called fibrous dysplasia (it causes growths in bones). That is why the girls face is twisted out of shape. Wu's parents cannot afford an expensive surgery while their daughter can't breathe or smell with her nose. Xiaoyan�s doctor says Wu is really brave and doesnt complain. At the same time the girl must be in a lot of pain.
